What we expect:
* 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, across several verticals (not locked into just one niche); * Fluency in written and spoken English; * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Comfortable working with large volumes of data and drawing insights from it; * Ready to make bold calls and own the outcomes; * Thrives in a fast-paced environment without cutting corners on quality.
What you'll be doing:
* Recruiting and growing top-tier affiliates, managing key accounts; * Acting as the main point of contact, from contracts and negotiations to day-to-day support; * Running multiple campaigns at once: budgets, payouts, creatives, offer updates; * Monitoring traffic quality and volume, catching risks early; * Keeping a pulse on market trends and sharing insights with the team; * Owning revenue growth - monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
