About the role
From Winning Consulting, we are looking for a Project Manager to join a strategic transformation project within the insurance sector.
The role will involve supporting the delivery of initiatives related to digital transformation, process evolution, and the adoption of AI-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables. * Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies. * Coordinate day-to-day activities across Business and Technology teams. * Facilitate project meetings, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication. * Support the gathering and coordination of business requirements. * Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular status reporting. * Support initiatives related to process improvement, digitalisation, AI, and automation. * Ensure actions and deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines and scope.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in Project Management. * Experience managing digital, technology, or transformation projects. * Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. * Previous experience in insurance, banking, consulting, or other regulated sectors is highly desirable. * Experience in Digital Transformation projects. * Exposure to AI, automation, or data-driven initiatives is highly valued. * Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid environments. * Fluent English and Spanish.
