Role Overview

As an Asst-Office Operations, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing essential administrative and clerical support in a medical setting. Your role is critical in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors, while supporting the broader healthcare team in delivering exceptional care.

What You Will Do

* Greet patients and visitors, check patients in and out, and obtain necessary documentation. * Verify and enter demographic information. * Obtain and verify insurance authorizations/precertification. * Complete medical record release requests and schedule/confirm patient appointments. * Enter, review, and submit charges for patient procedures and services daily. * Collect co-payments and reconcile all daily reports and deposits for accuracy. * Provide general office and clerical support to your assigned area.
