Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: March 29, 2027 Work Set Up: Hybrid (3 days per week in office) Clearance Required: BPSS

Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Confluence Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of complex business and technology initiatives within a fast-paced enterprise environment. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage delivery roadmaps, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role requires a strong blend of leadership, stakeholder management, governance, and delivery expertise. The Delivery Lead will act as the key point of coordination between business stakeholders, technology teams, third-party suppliers, and senior leadership to ensure alignment of objectives and successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

* Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities. * Develop and maintain delivery plans, roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies across complex programmes. * Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are implemented. * Facilitate collaboration between business, technology, architecture, infrastructure, security, and operational teams. * Drive effective governance and reporting processes, providing clear and accurate updates to senior stakeholders. * Ensure delivery teams adhere to agreed methodologies, standards, and best practices. * Monitor project performance through key metrics and KPIs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. * Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimal utilisation of project teams. * Support financial management activities, including budget tracking, forecasting, and cost control. * Coordinate with external vendors and third-party suppliers to ensure successful delivery of contracted services. * Lead project and programme steering meetings, workshops, and executive governance forums. * Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across delivery teams. * Ensure compliance with organisational policies, governance frameworks, risk requirements, and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

* Bring proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Programme Delivery Manager, Senior Project Manager, or in a similar role within a large enterprise environment. * Demonstrate strong understanding of project and programme delivery methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches. * Possess demonstrable experience managing large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives. * Apply excellent stakeholder management skills to engage and influence senior executives. * Demonstrate experience managing complex delivery dependencies across multiple teams and functions. * Bring strong governance, risk management, and reporting experience. * Oversee project budgets, forecasting, financial tracking, and resource management. * Demonstrate exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills. * Manage competing priorities effectively within a dynamic and fast-changing environment. * Apply strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational skills. * Bring financial services or banking sector experience, which is highly desirable. * Demonstrate experience delivering regulatory, risk, cybersecurity, data, or digital transformation programmes. * Apply knowledge of technology platforms, cloud services, infrastructure, and enterprise applications. * Demonstrate familiarity with IT service management and operational frameworks. * Bring experience working within highly regulated environments. * Hold relevant certifications such as Agile, Scrum Master, SAFe, PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, or equivalent.
