We are a dynamic and forward-thinking customs services provider, committed to delivering exceptional customs and trade solutions to our clients. With a strong focus on operational excellence and high-quality service delivery, we are looking to strengthen our Operations team by hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Trade Operations Specialist.

Position Summary

As a Trade Operations Specialist, you will support the daily delivery of trade operations services across client accounts. The role combines document review, data processing and operational follow-up to ensure activities are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.

This is a junior position suitable for someone who enjoys working with detailed information, structured processes and operational tasks. Training will be provided, with opportunities to develop your knowledge across different client activities, processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Review documents and data to ensure completeness, accuracy and consistency.

* Process and maintain information in client systems and operational trackers.

* Compare information across different sources, identify discrepancies and follow up on missing or incorrect details.

* Manage assigned requests, monitor progress and ensure activities are completed within agreed deadlines.

* Coordinate with colleagues, clients and external partners to resolve operational queries.

* Maintain clear and accurate records and support regular operational reporting.

* Follow established procedures and escalate exceptions or issues when required.

* Identify and suggest practical improvements to existing operational processes.

* Support additional operational activities across client accounts as business priorities evolve.

Qualifications and Experience

* Strong attention to detail and a reliable approach to handling documents and data.

* Comfortable working with recurring, process-oriented tasks that require consistent accuracy.

* Good organisational skills and the ability to manage daily priorities and deadlines effectively.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence in learning new systems and tools.

* Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.

* Ability to work independently after training and recognise when additional guidance or support is required.

* Good written and spoken English is required.

* Previous experience in operations or data processing, ideally within customs, trade or logistics, would be an advantage but is not required.

* Familiarity with SAP or similar business systems would be an advantage.

* Knowledge of German, French or another additional language would be an advantage.

What We Offer

* Competitive compensation based on experience.

* Comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in the role.

* Opportunity to develop your knowledge of trade operations, customs-related processes and client systems.

* Exposure to a variety of client accounts and operational activities.

* Opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive team environment.

* Professional development opportunities within a growing international company.

* Full-time permanent role within the company.
