About the role
If you work as a UX / UI Designer, you know that studying theory is one thing — designing real digital products is another.
At FindTutors, we are looking for designers who would like to support students and junior professionals through practical, hands-on lessons focused on real projects and portfolio development.
This is not a full-time role or an agency job. It is a flexible 1-to-1 tutoring opportunity that can fit around your current work and other projects.
What you’ll do
Deliver practical sessions on:
* UX fundamentals and UI design
* Figma and prototyping
* User flows and wireframes
* Design systems and best practices
* Portfolio review and improvement
* Support students, career switchers and junior designers
* Teach online or in person, depending on your preferences
Who we’re looking for
* UX Designers, UI Designers or Product Designers
* Real experience working on digital projects, such as websites or apps
* The ability to explain design processes and decisions clearly
* A practical, learning-focused approach
No certifications required Teaching experience is not necessary
