* Own product initiatives from discovery through launch and continuous improvement. * Contribute to the execution of Playtech Poker’s product strategy and roadmap. * Define product requirements, write clear specifications and prioritize the product backlog. * Partner with Engineering, Design, QA, Commercial and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features. * Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle to ensure alignment on priorities and delivery. * Turn customer, operator and market insights into product improvements. * Monitor product performance using key KPIs and analytics, turning insights into actionable recommendations. * Support successful feature launches while ensuring compliance with regulatory and market requirements. * Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into valuable product solutions. * Continuously improve the player experience and strengthen Playtech Poker’s competitive position.
Qualifications

* Have proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar role. * Demonstrate success delivering digital products from discovery through launch. * Can translate business needs into clear product requirements and priorities. * Use product metrics, KPIs, and customer insights to drive product decisions. * Build strong relationships and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. * Understand technical concepts and collaborate effectively with engineering teams. * Have excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. * Experience within the iGaming industry is a plus.
