Job Title Field Operator III – Production Compensation $55.30/hour Location Spring, TX 77389 Schedule 14 days on / 14 days off Target Start Date ASAP Contract Duration One year from start date Scope The Field Operator III operates production equipment and wells in accordance with established operating and safety procedures. This position supports the daily operational plan, reduces equipment failures, and promotes the efficient use of resources. Tasks and Responsibilities * Execute daily work objectives while maintaining housekeeping, safety, health, environmental, and security standards. * Actively participate in daily toolbox meetings and regularly scheduled safety meetings. * Continuously monitor wells and equipment to identify and implement corrective or optimization actions. * Maintain reliable, efficient, and safe operating conditions. * Function as an Equipment Care Technician and perform routine, simple maintenance activities. * Report when alarm, emergency, or emergency shutdown systems are out of service. * Provide detailed, clear, and accurate shift handover information to ensure operational continuity. * Coordinate, control, and monitor maintenance activities in accordance with corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance plans. * Record relevant operational events, abnormal conditions, and deviations involving the work area, equipment, or personnel in the operations logbook. * Collect product samples for laboratory analysis and perform field laboratory tests. * Actively participate in emergency response activities. * Report incidents internally and escalate awareness in accordance with incident reporting guidelines. * Keep the Operations Shift Supervisor informed and consulted regarding operational activities. * Maintain clear communication across the work team so issues and required actions are addressed. * Provide accurate information regarding well production problems, current production rates, and well conditions. * Ensure well problem diagnostics are thorough and complete before requesting Wellwork intervention. * Ensure wellheads and surface equipment are maintained and in good working order before transferring responsibility to Wellwork operations. * Provide assistance and support to ongoing Wellwork operations as needed.

Skills and Qualifications * Completed secondary education and previous experience as a Field Technician. * Oil and gas production experience. * Control room experience. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * High standards for safety, health, and environmental practices, with the ability to promote those standards in others. * Extensive knowledge and/or experience in pipeline operations. * Extensive knowledge of safety and operations management tools and processes. * Strong knowledge of emergency preparedness procedures. * Extensive knowledge of project philosophy and design specifications. * Knowledge of relevant regulations. * Knowledge of relevant commercial agreements.
