Looking for an opportunity to start your career, develop professional skills, and work with people? We're hiring motivated, outgoing Community Outreach Representatives to support in-person outreach programs, community events, public engagement initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
No previous experience is required! We provide paid training, hands-on learning, and ongoing coaching to help you build skills in community outreach, marketing, public relations, customer service, communications, and event coordination.
This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates, career changers, and entry-level candidates looking to gain practical experience in a people-focused, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
* Represent community programs, nonprofit initiatives, and outreach campaigns at local events and public locations. * Engage with community members through friendly, professional, face-to-face conversations. * Explain program information, answer questions, and help people understand available initiatives and opportunities. * Support community outreach events, promotional campaigns, and public engagement activities. * Assist with event setup, displays, informational materials, registration, and breakdown. * Increase awareness of community programs and encourage public participation. * Record basic event information, registrations, and community feedback. * Collaborate with team members to deliver organized, positive outreach experiences. * Develop communication, customer engagement, and presentation skills through hands-on training.

Who We're Looking For
We're interested in candidates who are:
* At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. * High school graduates or have a GED. * Friendly, approachable, and comfortable meeting new people. * Strong communicators who enjoy interacting with the public. * Reliable, motivated, organized, and eager to learn. * Comfortable working at in-person events and public-facing locations. * Interested in community outreach, marketing, public relations, customer service, fundraising, sales, or communications.
Experience is welcome but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, sales, event coordination, volunteering, or public-facing roles may find their existing skills especially useful.
