Role Summary:
You will design and lead a high-performing Project Management Office (PMO), driving execution excellence and standardization across all projects and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish governance frameworks and program methodologies * Mentor and develop project managers within the organization * Align PMO activities with strategic objectives * Implement tools for real-time reporting and resource management * Serve as a change champion for project delivery
Key Requirements:
* 7+ years in project/program management * Proven experience setting up or leading a PMO * Advanced knowledge of PM software and frameworks * Strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management skills * PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred
