About the role
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
* Design and produce various types of graphics, ensuring consistency with brand and style guidelines * Create visual elements such as icons and illustrations that align with brand guidelines * Use graphic design software and tools to develop high-quality designs that meet technical specifications * Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand * Collaborate with the other team members to understand project requirements and objectives * Incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
* At least 2 years of professional experience as a Designer / Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role in fintech or high-risk industries * Confident level in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro * Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics * Fluent russian and at least intermediate level of English.
