Good practitioners do not always leave good clinics because they are unhappy.
Sometimes they leave because they have grown as far as they can there.
At many clinics, someone must retire or leave before another practitioner can move up. At CARESPACE, growth creates the next opportunity. We currently have 4 Assistant Director openings because recent new clinic openings created internal promotions.
That is what a real management track looks like.
CARESPACE Health+Wellness is looking for qualified practicing practitioners who want to keep working with clients while growing into management, leadership, coaching, team development, and clinic performance.
Openings are available across Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge.
This role is only for qualified practitioners in one of these disciplines:
Chiropractor Physiotherapist Massage therapist Psychotherapist Naturopathic doctor Dietitian Kinesiologist Osteopath Occupational therapist Psychologist

Management Without Leaving Practice Behind
At CARESPACE, management does not mean giving up client care.
Our Assistant Directors, Clinic Directors, and District Managers are practicing practitioners. They continue working with clients and multidisciplinary teams while also leading standards, culture, performance, coaching, and practitioner development.
You are not expected to carry a full practitioner schedule and then manage the clinic in whatever time is left over.
The role is structured to balance:
Client care Management responsibility Team leadership Coaching and practitioner support Clinic performance
CARESPACE can do this because our model is intentionally admin-lite. We are not built around WSIB claims, MVA claims, ODSP administration, insurance-driven care plans, or funding-source bureaucracy.
Our managers are not paperwork managers.
They are practitioner-leaders focused on helping great practitioners provide great client care.

Licensed, registered, or appropriately qualified in one of the listed disciplines In good standing with your regulatory college or professional body, where applicable Experienced in clinical or client-facing care Client-focused, evidence-based, collaborative, and professional Interested in management, not just a busier schedule Comfortable balancing practice with leadership responsibility Motivated to help a team perform at high standards
This is not a front desk management role, office administration role, or general management job.
It is for qualified healthcare practitioners who want a real management track while continuing to practice.
