Recruitment

* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of positions. * Source, attract, assess, and engage active and passive candidates using a variety of recruiting strategies. * Evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and organizational fit, and provide recommendations to hiring managers. * Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. * Promote the employer brand through networking, social media, and targeted talent engagement strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.

Advisory & Partnership

* Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies and provide guidance throughout the hiring process. * Leverage market insights and recruitment data to influence hiring decisions, optimize recruiting strategies, and improve outcomes. * Lead offer negotiations and provide consultative guidance on market trends and compensation. * Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) data and ensure compliance with recruiting processes and reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience). * Demonstrated experience in recruitment with expertise in sourcing, screening, managing complex offers, and advising stakeholders.

Desired Characteristics

* Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience specifically within the Manufacturing Specialty - Sourcing, EHS, Quality and LEAN. * Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for complex roles including Process Quality Engineers, EHS Leader, Manufacturing Leadership, and Lean/Continuous Improvement specialists * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

For candidates applying to a Canadian-based position, the pay range for this position is between $89,400.00 - 111,700.00 CAD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: 10% annual bonus potential
