Job Description
* Manage and coordinate the delivery of IT services across multiple operational teams. * Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service-related matters. * Ensure services are delivered according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * Monitor service performance and drive continuous service improvements. * Coordinate service reviews, reporting, and customer governance meetings.
Qualifications
* Strong customer and service orientation. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Analytical and problem-solving mindset. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. * Strong presentation and reporting skills. * Leadership and coordination capabilities. * Financial and commercial awareness * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Telecommunications, or related field. * Several years of experience in IT Service Management, Service Delivery, or Customer Operations. * Experience working in an international environment and customer-facing role. * Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and managed services environments. * ITIL certification is an advantag

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1600€ /brutto.
