Job Description
As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will support an IT delivery team, managing small projects and cross-system Change Requests involving multiple technology areas. The role requires autonomy, strong stakeholder management and the ability to deliver results in complex and evolving environments.
Main responsibilities
* Plan and deliver small IT projects, defining scope, required resources, team organisation and timelines. * Manage the full lifecycle of cross-system Change Requests, from analysis and planning through execution, testing and delivery. * Assess technical and functional impacts and coordinate alignment across the teams involved. * Monitor risks, issues and outstanding actions, maintaining an accurate view of project status. * Support ongoing transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. * Promote good IT governance and Change Management practices. * Follow established project management standards and templates. * Provide constructive feedback and contribute to team improvement.
Qualifications
* At least 6 years of project management experience. * Solid knowledge of Information Systems management. * High proficiency in managing system implementation processes with strong integration with market middleware. * Knowledge of Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, as well as SharePoint, Jira and Power BI. * Strong organisation, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work autonomously and manage complex and stressful situations. * Results orientation, critical thinking, flexibility and a continuous improvement mindset. * Willingness to learn. * Portuguese proficiency. * Fluency in spoken and written English. * Spoken and written Spanish is valued.

* Experience with projects involving multiple system integrations. * Consulting project experience. * Previous experience in projects delivered in collaboration with the organization identified in the original brief.
