Key Responsibilities
* Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. * Source, attract, and engage top talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. * Screen and assess candidates through interviews and competency-based evaluations. * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding. * Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. * Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). * Monitor recruitment metrics and proactively identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. * Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. * Experience recruiting for high-volume or commercial roles is a plus; automotive industry experience is advantageous but not required. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. * Native or fluent Portuguese. * Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
