Job Description
* Attention to detail, protocol adherence, and availability every other weekend/holidays * Assist residents with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and independence * Administer medications safely and accurately across multiple forms as prescribed * Follow a strict 3-step verification process: confirm resident, correct medication, and proper dosage/timing * Ensure compliance with medication labeling to prevent errors
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or Equivalent required * Completion of a recognized Medication Administration course is a plus * 1 year experience or training working with older adults or in the retirement housing industry is preferred
