About the role

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will take on the Business Analyst role within an Agile team for the development of specific shopfloor/Manufacturing applications in the aerospace sector. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

* Business needs analysis and workshop facilitation * Ability to discuss with shopfloor people to understand specific requirements * Definition and scoping of user needs and User Stories * Writing functional specifications and consolidating existing functional specifications * Writing test plans and participating in IT test execution * Support for business testing * Participation in continuous improvement * Quality control of deliverables and their level of quality

Qualifications

* Experience as a Business Analyst within a software development team * Experience as a Business Analyst within shopfloor/Manufacturing applications * Experience with Agile management tools (Jira) and AzureDevOps * Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, aeronautical, computer science, or a related field * Excellent technical and functional understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes in the aeronautical sector * Strong adaptability skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine appreciation for teamwork * Strong organizational skills * Knowledge of digital technologies and their applications in the aerospace sector * Understanding of aerospace industry regulations, standards, and best practices

Languages

* English * French is a plus
