About the role
Axmed | AI Engineer | REMOTE (preferred Spain, UK, Poland, Romania) | Full-time | apply: axmed.teamtailor.com/jobs/8175859-ai-engineer
Axmed runs a live B2B marketplace connecting healthcare providers in low- and middle-income countries with pharmaceutical suppliers, working to make sure geography and income never stand between someone and the medicine they need. Backed by the Gates Foundation and Founderful. We're past proving it works and into scaling it — this role is what takes us there.
You'll design and ship autonomous agents that run real steps of the marketplace (sourcing, quoting, order matching, supplier follow-up) on real transactions and real money, with a human in the loop where risk demands it. Full lifecycle ownership: you decide the approach, build it, ship it, watch it, fix it.
Stack: Python, your choice of orchestration framework (LangChain/LangGraph/LlamaIndex/CrewAI), LLM APIs, cloud infra, CI/CD.
We are a fully remote, global team of 55. No visa sponsorship/relocation.
