Job Description

Purpose of the Role

Join our Asset Management team and play an important role in supporting a diverse portfolio of client entities and investment structures. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you'll contribute to the delivery of company secretarial, governance and administration services that help clients achieve their objectives while ensuring a seamless and professional client experience.

This is an excellent opportunity to build your expertise in asset management, corporate administration and client services within a dynamic financial services environment. You'll gain exposure to a variety of structures and jurisdictions, develop strong stakeholder relationships and take part in key governance and administration activities, all while building valuable technical and professional skills in a collaborative and supportive team.

Main Responsibilities

* Support the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of asset management and client entities. * Contribute to the delivery of company secretarial and corporate governance services across a range of structures. * Prepare client deliverables and administrative documentation in line with agreed service schedules. * Maintain client records and due diligence documentation, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date. * Coordinate statutory filings and other regulatory administration activities for client entities. * Prepare board resolutions, corporate documentation and supporting governance records. * Assist with the opening and maintenance of client bank accounts and related banking activities. * Support payment processing and banking instructions for client entities. * Coordinate applications and renewals for Tax Residency Certificates and other relevant registrations. * Prepare board packs and supporting materials for board and shareholder meetings. * Attend meetings and assist with the preparation of minutes and corporate records. * Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing a professional and responsive service. * Contribute to initiatives that enhance client experience, service delivery and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

* Degree in Business, Finance, Law, Administration or a related discipline; or * Progress towards, or completion of, a professional qualification such as ICSA, ACCA, ICAEW, STEP or another qualification relevant to financial services.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

* Experience within asset management, fund administration, corporate services, company secretarial or a related financial services environment. * Understanding of corporate governance, entity administration and client servicing activities within a professional services setting. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, colleagues and stakeholders. * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage a variety of administration and governance activities effectively.
