About the role
Job Description
* Assists residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene. * Assists residents in preparing for and transporting to and from medical appointments, activities, and social programs. * Checks residents' vital signs, measures weight and height, and records data as instructed; reports any variances to the Charge Nurse. * Answers resident call lights promptly to attend to needs; frequently checks those who are unable to call for help. * Assists residents to walk with or without self-help devices, as instructed.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or its equivalent * Must be at least 18 years of age * No healthcare experience required - willing to train
