About the role

Job Description

BryceTech is seeking a Senior Product Support Logistician to provide subject-matter expertise in product support strategy, integrated product support, and lifecycle sustainment in support of U.S. Space Force mission requirements. This senior-level professional will align product support strategies with acquisition objectives, integrate systems engineering and logistics considerations, and develop sustainment approaches that preserve system capabilities throughout the lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a recognized industry leader with extensive experience integrating product support elements, acquisition requirements, infrastructure, and resource planning to support the successful fielding and sustainment of complex defense systems.

Responsibilities

* Develop and evaluate product support strategies aligned with acquisition strategies, program objectives, and lifecycle sustainment requirements * Identify the infrastructure, processes, procedures, and resources required to maintain system capabilities throughout development, fielding, operations, and sustainment * Integrate systems engineering design characteristics, including reliability, maintainability, supportability, and availability, with functional logistics and integrated product support requirements * Analyze system design and performance requirements to identify product support resources, sustainment needs, and logistics considerations * Integrate the 12 integrated product support elements with procurement and budgeting strategies to develop comprehensive logistics approaches supporting system fielding and sustainment * Coordinate product support planning across engineering, acquisition, logistics, operations, maintenance, supply chain, and program management stakeholders * Evaluate product support alternatives, identify capability gaps and sustainment risks, and recommend solutions that improve system readiness and lifecycle supportability * Advise senior Government and contractor leadership on product support strategy, logistics planning, lifecycle sustainment, and resource requirements * Support the development and review of acquisition and product support documentation, logistics plans, sustainment strategies, technical assessments, and executive-level briefings * Assess product support plans and logistics activities for alignment with program requirements, acquisition objectives, technical specifications, and applicable policies * Integrate procurement, budgeting, resource planning, and sustainment considerations into logistics planning and execution * Identify opportunities to improve product support processes, reduce lifecycle risks, and enhance system availability and operational effectiveness * Coordinate with Government organizations, contractors, systems engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve complex product support and sustainment challenges * Provide expert recommendations and independently lead complex product support efforts in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

* Active DoW Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI) * Bachelor’s degree in logistics, engineering, business, supply chain management, systems engineering, or a related field * Extensive relevant experience in product support, integrated product support, logistics management, lifecycle sustainment, or defense acquisition * Recognized subject-matter expert and industry leader in product support, logistics, or integrated product support for complex defense systems * Experience establishing product support strategies that align with acquisition strategies and identifying the infrastructure, processes, and procedures required to maintain system capabilities * Experience integrating systems engineering quantitative design characteristics, including reliability, maintainability, availability, and supportability, with functional logistics and integrated product support elements to identify required product support resources * Experience integrating the 12 integrated product support elements with procurement and budgeting strategies to support logistics activities required for system fielding and sustainment * Demonstrated understanding of lifecycle product support planning, sustainment requirements, logistics resource identification, and system readiness * Experience advising senior Government or industry leadership on product support strategies, logistics planning, acquisition alignment, and sustainment decisions * Ability to evaluate complex technical and logistics requirements, identify risks and capability gaps, and develop actionable recommendations * Excellent analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex logistics and engineering concepts to senior stakeholders * Ability to work independently, lead complex initiatives, and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams in a classified environment
