About the role
Job Description
* Performs preventive maintenance schedule and completes maintenance work orders. * Repairs and solves maintenance problems, including items such as changing out electrical fixtures, installing ceiling tiles, cleaning fan coil units, repairing/replacing toilets, and installing and troubleshooting residential appliances. * Performs minor troubleshooting of dietary equipment and plumbing repairs. Completes boiler checks and reporting procedures. Accurately reads basic drawings and blueprints. * Assists with maintenance of Lifeline and phone systems. * Maintains work area in a clean, safe and professional manner. Assists in maintaining minimum working stock of parts.
Schedule & Compensation
* Full-Time Position- 40 hours a week * 2 shifts available: * Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm OR * Monday - Friday 12:30pm-9:00pm * every other weekend and holiday. * Pay: $20.00/hour
Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED equivalent * 1+ year(s) related experience; specialized training or certification accepted in lieu of experience * Valid driver's license
