Join our growing team
Join our Stockholm team for an M&A internship during approx. 20 weeks starting in January 2027.
What you'll do
* Gain experience and support the team in all aspects of M&A transactions * Strong involvement in sell- and buy-side projects and current mandates * Work on pitch preparations, target and investor identifications, as well as management presentations * Conduct market, industry and company research * Work on financial modelling and valuation analyses
About you
* Top academic performance in Economics, Finance or a related discipline with at least 4 semesters completed * Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills * Fluent in Swedish and English * Energy, enthusiasm and commitment to work in a highly focused team environment * Exceptional analytical and communication skills * Previous experience in corporate finance, appreciated but not required
