Job description
We are seeking a qualified clinical therapist to join our team as an onsite outpatient psychotherapist. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality mental health services. This role involves working with individuals, families, and groups to address a variety of psychological and emotional challenges. The Clinical Therapist will play a critical role in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of clients.
Duties
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices. * Provide various therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, EMDR, etc. * Facilitate child family counseling sessions to improve communication and relationships within families. * Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Skills
* Trauma-informed * Experience in child family counseling and understanding of pediatric mental health issues. * Knowledge of crisis management strategies to assist clients during critical situations. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients of all ages. * Commitment to ongoing professional development and clinical research initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time, 1099, paid twice a month.
Pay: $75.00 per hour (No-shows are unpaid)
