Job Summary We are seeking a Salesforce Application Engineer to design and build production-grade Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integration platforms. The role is deeply hands-on, with responsibility for delivering custom business logic, integrations, user interfaces, and automation that meet complex enterprise requirements while respecting platform limits and long-term maintainability.
Required Qualifications * 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. * Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and platform limits. * Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript. * Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. * Hands-on experience with Flow and declarative automation. * Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and sharing. * Experience with Salesforce DX and modern source-driven development. * Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
Preferred Qualifications * Salesforce Platform Developer II certification. * Experience with Industry Clouds (Financial Services, Health, Manufacturing). * Familiarity with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms. * Exposure to Einstein AI or Agentforce development. * Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities) development.
