Job Description
* Partner with business teams to understand, analyze, and document business requirements. * Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT solutions. * Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout project delivery. * Support system implementation, testing, user acceptance, and deployment. * Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology. * Facilitate workshops, meetings, and cross-functional communication. * Lead or support IT enhancement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 4–6 years of experience in IT Business Analysis or a similar role. * Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. * Familiar with project methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall. * Experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. * Manufacturing industry experience is an advantage.
