Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
* Lead and manager a team of customer service operators, fostering a culture of excellence * Maintain a comprehensive operational knowledge of all SOC functions, especially ARC, Comms and Dispatch * Be accountable for KPIs, ensuring all operatives are managed to achieve outstanding performance and service * Ensure the highest standards are maintained in SOC operations * Be the first point of escalation for internal and external customer complaints, preparing responses and escalating serious matters to the SOC Manager * Support management by providing evidence-based reporting, identifying causes and proposing solutions to barriers to excellence within the SOC and company wide * Support and stand in for absences of operational supervisors as needed

Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:
* A valid SIA licence * CCTV licence * Managerial experience * SOC/Data Centre experience * Reliable and trustworthy * The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history * Team player * Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken
