About the role
Job Description
* Performs general maintenance duties as it relates to troubleshooting and repair of multiple types of residential/commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance equipment and routine building upkeep and repairs. * EPA Universal Certification preferred * Responsibilities also include general maintenance tasks on laundry, commercial kitchen equipment, domestic water, fire protection and alarms. * Responds to residential work orders as directed by lead technician/supervisor. * Utilizes maintenance management system software to document data including but not limited to work order completion, issue resolutions.
Schedule & Compensation:
* Full Time, 80 hours bi-weekly * Hours: M-F 8:00am-4:30pm * Ability to work weekends, evenings and being available on call for after hour emergencies * $25.00/Hour
Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED equivalency required. * Valid Drivers License. * Minimum three (3) years of progressive experience in general maintenance required. * CFC certification or ability to obtain within initial 90-days of hire.
