About the role

Responsibilities

* Act as the primary on‑site HR representative for the Module business in EU, providing day‑to‑day HR support, consultation, problem‑solving, and coaching to managers and employees across the module business unit. * Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs, assist in driving end‑to‑end recruitment (active sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding) and build a strong talent pipeline in the solar/renewable energy sector. * Own employee relations – handle complex cases, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, investigations, and grievances, with a pragmatic and legally sound approach. * Provide on‑site HR support for the Zurich office, managing all local people processes (visas, payroll coordination, benefits, and policy implementation) and ensuring seamless support for expatriate managers relocating to Switzerland. * Drive talent development and career conversations – proactively identify skill gaps, coordinate training programs, and facilitate individual development plans to enhance team performance and employee engagement. * Support and guide managers in performance review cycles, goal setting, and performance improvement plans, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies. * Ensure compliance with EU labor law and internal HR policies; advise management on local employment regulations and risk mitigation

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * 3–5 years of HR BP or generalist experience, with proven hands‑on expertise in recruitment and employee relations. * Experience in a fast‑paced, international environment; background in the solar, new energy, or renewable energy industry is strongly preferred. * Solid knowledge of EU labor law (not just Swiss law) and practical experience with local employment practices. * Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills – able to influence and coach managers at all levels. * Solution‑oriented, resilient, and detail‑driven – comfortable with both strategic discussions and day‑to‑day operational tasks. * Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a matrix organization. * Fluent in German and English (business level); additional languages are a plus.

We offer you

* A dynamic environment with high responsibilities and an independent working style * The opportunity for professional development and growth in one of the most fast-growing industries. * An environment of open communication where all ideas and opinions are valued * Collaboration with an international and diverse team from all over Europe * Possibility for remote work * Qualified training and support with our buddy system * A detailed introduction to our product portfolio * Competitive salary and a great bonus structure * Attractive additional benefits that vary depending on the country
