This is a leadership role suited to an experienced Project Manager who thrives on accountability, enjoys building client relationships and can successfully lead multidisciplinary teams through complex project execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead projects from award through to commissioning and final handover * Own project budgets, schedules, forecasts, risks and commercial performance * Develop and execute project delivery strategies * Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact * Lead cross-functional engineering, procurement and manufacturing teams * Manage variations, claims, contract compliance and commercial negotiations * Drive project profitability while maintaining safety and quality standards
About You
* Degree qualified in Engineering or related discipline * Minimum 15 years' project management experience within engineering, mining, oil & gas, industrial or manufacturing environments * Strong commercial, contractual and financial management capability * Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary project teams * Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong client relationships
