* Provide legal support for the company’s operations in several jurisdictions * Provide legal support for investment activities * Draft and review all types of agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents * Advise on IP- and personal data-related matters * Assist Sales and other departments during the negotiation phase concerning contracts and approval phases of contracts with clients, partners, and suppliers * Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law * Proven track record and 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in IT) * Solid experience in commercial and civil law, including client agreements, tenders, and legal support of investments * Expertise in IP law * Detail-oriented mindset * At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
