Job Description
We are looking for a Business Partner / Portfolio Manager to act as the bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring strategic alignment and effective collaboration across multiple departments. This is a highly visible role that requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage with various business areas, including Marketing, Network, and other corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their needs and priorities. * Manage and oversee a portfolio of initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. * Act as the main point of contact between business and technical teams. * Collaborate with multiple departments, including Marketing, Network, IT, and other business areas. * Support decision-making processes by providing business and portfolio insights. * Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and priorities across the portfolio. * Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams. * Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to enhance business processes.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a Business Partner, Portfolio Manager, Project Manager, or similar role. * Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. * Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences. * Experience working with multiple business functions in a complex organizational environment. * Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. * Basic technical knowledge and understanding of IT concepts, enabling effective interaction with technical teams.
Nice to Have
* Experience in portfolio management, governance, or strategic planning. * Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks. * Experience working in large-scale or enterprise environments. * Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
Additional Information
* Availability to travel within Portugal when required; * Availability for occasional international travel; * Experience in multicultural and international environments is considered a plus.
