Refund Policy

Who you are buying from

Orders are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, registered in Estonia), our online reseller and merchant of record. Creem takes your payment, handles tax, sends your receipt and invoice, and pays out refunds. FindAJobAI itself is run by IE Tornike Shioshvili, an Individual Entrepreneur registered in Georgia. We look after the service, support and refund decisions, so please contact us first at support@findajobai.com. Your purchase is also covered by Creem's Buyer Terms.

You enter your payment details on Creem's secure checkout; they never reach our servers. Your bank or card statement will show the charge from Creem rather than FindAJobAI. Don't recognise a charge? Email us before you dispute it with your bank and we'll sort it out quickly.

Plans and renewals

FindAJobAI Monthly (the plan for new purchases): $14.99 when you subscribe, then $14.99/month until you cancel. A partner discount code applies to the first monthly payment only. Settings → Billing always shows your plan and next billing date. Prices include any applicable taxes. Plans bought earlier keep the price shown at their checkout (and in Settings → Billing) until cancelled.

Cancelling

• Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription in one click, through Manage billing (Creem's customer portal), or by emailing support@findajobai.com.
• Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Cancelling alone does not refund the current period.
• Deleting your account cancels the subscription immediately.

Refunds

• Refunds are not automatic. If something isn't right, email support@findajobai.com within 30 days of the charge. We review each request case by case.
• Duplicate charges and charges caused by a technical error on our or Creem's side are always refunded in full.
• A refund always cancels your subscription immediately, so there are no further charges. This includes a refund of the first payment: the plan won't renew.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. When they appear also depends on your bank.
• If the service was down for a long time because of a problem on our side, contact us and we'll make it right.

EU, EEA and UK customers: 14-day right of withdrawal

If you live in the EU, EEA or UK, the law gives you 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. Because FindAJobAI starts right away, at checkout you ask us to start immediately and confirm that you understand you lose this right once the service has started. Where the law still lets you withdraw, we refund you, minus a fair amount for the part you already used. Where your local law gives you more rights, those apply. Details are in our Terms.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@findajobai.com with your username (or the email you used at checkout) and the date and amount of the charge; Creem's receipt email has both. We usually reply within 2 business days. If we can't resolve an issue, you can also contact Creem through its customer portal.
