Where do these keyword lists come from?
From live job postings FindAJobAI reads directly from employers' applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and others). For each role we count the share of the newest postings whose description mentions each skill, refreshed daily.
Why percentages instead of a long list?
Because a list of 150 keywords doesn't tell you which ones matter. A skill mentioned in 70% of postings is close to a baseline for the role; one in 5% is a niche requirement worth adding only if the specific job asks for it.
Is it free?
Yes, and there's no signup. The lists are built from public postings, so they don't need anything from you.
