Role Overview

As a Clinic Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for patients across our healthcare system. You'll support patients, clinic staff, and medical teams by managing all aspects of patient registration, from check-in to discharge. Your work directly contributes to the efficiency and excellence of patient care, making a meaningful impact every day.

What You Will Do

* Greet patients and manage face-to-face check-in and check-out processes. * Handle preregistration, insurance verification, and cash collections. * Reconcile patient charts and assist with patient discharge procedures. * Discuss general financial responsibilities with patients and connect them to the Customer Service Center. * Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate patient registration.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent. * Ability to perform calculations and complete forms. * Proficiency in using computer information systems. * Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, staff, and visitors. * Ability to multi-task and work in a team setting. * Basic computer skills, including navigating software and email.

Preferred Qualifications

* Familiarity with a clinic environment. * Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.
