This is a high-earning opportunity for an experienced automotive professional who knows how to lead technicians, diagnose complex repairs and keep a busy luxury service department operating at the highest level.
🔧 WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Lead, support and mentor Audi automotive technicians * Assist technicians with complex diagnostics and difficult repairs * Help prioritize and dispatch repair work efficiently * Monitor workflow, productivity, quality and repair accuracy * Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics and technical troubleshooting * Support factory repair procedures and Audi technical standards * Work closely with Service Advisors and management * Help develop technician skills and maintain a high-performance shop culture * Ensure repairs are completed safely, accurately and efficiently
⭐ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Experienced Audi Shop Foreman or Automotive Shop Foreman * Audi or European luxury automotive experience strongly preferred * Master Technician or senior-level technician experience preferred * Strong diagnostic and technical skills * Proven ability to lead and develop automotive technicians * Excellent communication and organizational skills * ASE certifications are a plus * Valid driver's license and clean driving record
