Position Summary:

The NAWCAD WOLF Integrated Command, Control and Intel Systems (IC2&IS) Division provides full spectrum Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) technical and systems engineering solutions to the warfighter. The IC2&IS Division, operating under the oLSI model, has requirements for integrated product development support, technical project management support, and operational support to successfully fulfill the IC2&IS Division’s mission of providing support services at both the diverse project levels and the overall Division organization level. Management Analyst (Acquisition, Services) performs post award service contract management support, interfacing with the COR/ACOR to track obligated funding, drafting procurement documentation to DoD and command standards, maintaining files, and coordinating meetings and status reporting.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Perform post award service contract management support: monitoring, executing, and controlling • Interface with the COR/ACOR to track and maintain a history of obligated project funding • Draft procurement documentation per prescribed DoD, Command, and Contracting Activity formats and standards (large and small purchase) • Maintain files and coordinate meetings • Provide continuous status reporting and assessments, complex problem solving, and efficiency/performance improvement approaches

Required Qualifications:

• Active DoD Secret Clearance • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, typically with less than 3 years of experience; or an associate degree plus 4 years of additional related experience, or 6 years of additional related experience, may substitute for the bachelor's degree
