* Act as the technical interface between software development team from other locations, system architects, project management and customers. * Support technical risk analysis, issue resolution, and root cause investigations. * Facilitate communication between technical and business areas. * Contribute to technical reviews, architecture assessments, and product release readiness activities. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), project milestones and report status to stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with internal software development and software quality processes.
Qualificações
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields. * Experience leading technical teams and coordinating cross-functional engineering activities. * Knowledge of embedded software development for automotive applications. * Familiarity with requirements management and development tools such as Jira, Jazz, Git, and DOORS. * Clear and effective communication skills across different organizational levels. * Advanced English (interaction with global teams). * Preferably with experience in projects in the automotive industry. * Nice to have: PMP certification, knowledge of ASPICE, Safety, Cybersecurity, and AUTOSAR.
