About the role
At Varco Home Health, you’ll provide one-on-one therapy support in patients’ homes, helping them improve mobility, regain independence, and enhance their quality of life.
This PRN position offers a flexible schedule, making it ideal for PTAs seeking work-life balance or additional income.

What You’ll Do:
* Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist * Assist patients with exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance * Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT * Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety * Document visits accurately and in a timely manner * Support patient goals and functional independence

What We’re Looking For:
* Active Texas PTA license (required) * Home health experience preferred * Strong communication and patient care skills * Ability to work independently in a home setting * Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license * Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred)
