Job Description

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Procurement Officer makes sure COTACOF's office, warehouse and upcountry sites get the right goods and services, at the right price and on time, in line with company policy and TRA requirements.

About 80% of the role is procurement. The remaining 20% is first line IT support, working with Sucafina Group IT.

IT Support (approx. 20%)

* Give day to day IT support to staff (laptops, printers, network, email, business systems), escalating to Group IT when needed. * Keep internet, Wi-Fi and VPN links between sites running, and manage ISPs. * Set up and remove user accounts and equipment for joiners and leavers, and keep the IT asset register. * Run routine backups and security updates, and support CCTV and access control systems.
