About the role
Job Description
* Owns and delivers mechanical design packages for assigned systems, including 3D models, drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation. * Ensures designs meet project requirements, schedules, quality standards, and company engineering guidelines. * Collaborates with layout planning, procurement, and suppliers to support equipment sourcing, technical evaluations, and contract execution. * Oversees supplier manufacturing progress, quality inspections, and provides assembly and operational documentation. * Drives continuous improvement, maintains product standards and design manuals, supports product development, and contributes to engineering knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
* Mechanical Design Engineer qualification with 4+ years of experience; Technician/Bachelor degree is an advantage. * Experience in project engineering, supplier management, and procurement of technical equipment in an international environment. * Strong problem-solving skills, ability to lead technical discussions, and develop engineering standards and specifications. * Good knowledge of mechanical design, sheet metal and welded structures, materials, manufacturing processes, strength calculations, and FEM analysis. * Fluent English; knowledge of machinery directives, occupational safety regulations, and plant/apparatus engineering is a plus.

* Compensation Basic wage component (gross): 2200 EUR/month This amount is our minimum offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience, and qualifications.
