* Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and sports medicine conditions * Develop individualized treatment plans that promote timely recovery and long-term wellness * Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and healthy movement strategies * Collaborate with fellow clinicians and support staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience * Maintain accurate and timely documentation * Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture focused on excellent patient outcomes
Qualifications
We're looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping others and committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
Our ideal candidate:
* Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program * Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to employment * Passion for providing exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding clinical outcomes * Strong desire to learn, grow, and continuously develop as a clinician * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively * New graduates are encouraged to apply—our structured mentorship and clinical education program provide a successful transition from school to practice.
