What You’ll Do
* Provide hands-on assistance with personal care, including bathing, toileting, meals, and mobility * Monitor resident needs and follow infection control practices * Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment * Communicate effectively and respond compassionately to residents * Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care
What You’ll Need
* Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois (required) * Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days (required) * Clean IDPH background record (required) * Previous hospital or senior care experience (preferred) * Strong interpersonal and communication skills
