The Director of Aquatic Therapy will be responsible for assessing and providing therapeutic interventions to patients with a variety of physical ailments in an aquatic environment. The successful candidate will design and implement personalized treatment plans that leverage the therapeutic benefits of water-based therapy techniques to enhance recovery and promote overall well-being. This position requires a combination of clinical expertise and an ability to create a supportive and encouraging atmosphere for patients.
Qualifications
* Graduate from an accredited APTA program * Current State of Delaware Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license * CPR certification * Outgoing and energetic personality
