Brady Sullivan Properties is growing rapidly and expanding our team. We are currently seeking an experienced, full-time Residential Property Manager for a property in Concord, NH
The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and financial performance of the property while working to achieve company goals related to occupancy, resident satisfaction, and overall property performance.
Responsibilities
The Property Manager will:
* Manage and oversee all day-to-day aspects of the property, including marketing, leasing, and maintenance.
* Interact directly with prospective and current residents to maintain maximum occupancy.
* Generate and manage leasing traffic, conduct apartment tours, lease apartments, answer phones, and qualify prospective residents.
* Prepare lease documentation and complete all move-in paperwork and procedures.
* Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to attract new residents and retain current residents.
* Oversee rent collections and assist with capital improvement projects.
* Complete required reporting and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
* Maintain a high level of resident service while ensuring the property operates efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements
* 2–5 years of on-site residential property management experience.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
* Reliable transportation.
* Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
* Trustworthy and dependable; a criminal background check will be conducted.
* Willingness to work weekends as needed.
