Job Description
* To keep proper checks for expiry products * To ensure that rail card and signage are changes and updated as and when required * To ensure that shelves are presentable and filled * To ensure the stock availability * To punch re-packing in GMS system on timely basis * To perform MAV on weekly basis through internal consumption for the bakery production * To perform stock orders with necessary documentations * To participate in weekly and annual inventories * To take corrective and preventive measures for wastage and shirk-age control * To coordinate and resolve QA related issues against periodical visits and other findings from time to time * To ensure the proper cleansing and hygienic environment of the over bakery and production areas and equipments * To continuously monitor the negatives. * To perform free samplings for product promotions of high priced * articles * To recommend new recipes for bakery products for sales improvement and addressing customer needs * Structural deficiency monitoring.
Qualifications
Intermediate with 4 years of experience
