Responsibilities:
* providing excellent customer service (supporting Spanish-speaking clients) * building up positive relationships with customers * resolving issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction * providing explanations in relation to customer complaints (both written and by phone) * monitoring of the situation on financial markets * working with the CRM system (verification and completing clients data) * cooperating with external XTB branches and internal departments
Requirements:
* Spanish language - native or proficiency level required * English language - B2 level required * willingness to work both day and night shifts * responsibility and ability to multitask, prioritize and close tasks quickly * strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills * good knowledge of MS Office
Nice to have:
* previous experience in a customer service role * knowledge of financial markets and XTB’s core business
