Salted is hiring a Kitchen Success Manager to be the operational heartbeat of the company. This person will bring structure to fast-moving priorities, enable collaboration across teams, and ensure the organization executes with clarity.
We’re looking for someone who excels in unstructured environments and has a history of strong performance in the QSR, restaurant or retail space, with a particular focus on working between corporate initiatives and field teams.
What You’ll Do
* Own cross-functional initiatives by leading coordination and accountability across operations, supply chain, culinary, and CX. * Roll out operational improvements that make our kitchens more reliable, efficient, and well-supported. * Be the eyes, ears, and voice that ensures top performance across our national kitchen footprint. * Drive adoption for new processes and tools through documentation, clear communication, and consistent follow-up. * Contribute to the overall strategic roadmap and cultural growth of the company.
What You Bring
* Extremely organized and detail-oriented * Strong analytical thinking * Excellent written communication skills * High ownership and follow-through * Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
Salary Range: $120k – $160k/year
