We are seeking an experienced leader who can maximize inventory performance, develop a high-performing sales team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving profitability and growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead and manage all vehicle sales operations * Drive sales volume, gross profit, and inventory turn objectives * Develop and coach sales consultants to achieve peak performance * Oversee vehicle acquisition, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management * Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive * Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards * Foster a culture focused on customer satisfaction and employee development * Partner with Finance, Service, and Marketing teams to maximize results
QUALIFICATIONS
* Proven success as an Automotive GM * Import automotive experience preferred * Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities * Expertise in inventory management, pricing strategy, and digital retailing * Excellent communication and customer relationship skills * Track record of consistently achieving sales and profitability goals
